Admission Process

We commend you for seeking a Catholic education for your child.  By choosing Holy Family Catholic School, your child will receive the benefits of a faith-filled environment, which will nourish him/her in faith, love, and knowledge.

To begin your registration process:

√  Schedule a tour with our Director of Admissions, Kathy MacGregor.  904-645-9875.

√  Take a registration packet home, fill out the necessary forms, and provide the following documentation:

• New Student Registration Form
• Copy of Birth certificate
• Copy of Baptismal certificate, if Catholic
• Copy of student’s recent and previous two years report cards (Grade 1 and higher)
• Copy of student’s recent and previous two years standardized test scores (Grade 3 and higher)
• Documentation of testing for gifted or special needs, if applicable
• Documentation of custody, if applicable

Scholarship Information

Holy Family Catholic School has a limited amount of scholarship funds that are available for previously enrolled Parish children.  Our school employs the services of Private School Aid Services (PSAS) to determine the financial needs of scholarship recipients.  Scholarship applications are available in the main office beginning February 1, 2012.  Please contact Mrs. Gregson at 904-645-9875 for more information.
