Inspired by the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Holy Family Catholic School community commits to fostering: deepening faith, academic excellence, responsibility for self, and concern for others.
TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS 7:45am-11:45am
August 15, 2017 – May 24, 2018
Holy Family Catholic School is pleased to offer a 3-Year-Old program for our youngest learners (Little Cats) during the 2017-2018 school year. The program will offer play-based learning opportunities for students in a loving Christ-centered environment. We will address the needs of the whole child, seeking to develop the mind, body, and spirit.
Students will learn about their faith through daily activities, church visits, and serving others through classroom and school service projects. Loyola Press’ God Made Me will be used to help students explore God’s gifts.
Our program is designed to enhance and encourage the student’s natural curiosity about the world around them. We will use the Investigator Club Just for Threes curriculum. Students will be actively engaged in their learning. They will participate in activities that foster experimentation, cooperation, sharing, problem solving, independence, and creativity. Standards in the following areas will be addressed daily: language and literacy, pre-math, fine and gross motor, and social and emotional growth.
Students must be 3-years-old on or before September 1, 2017. They also must be toilet trained and able to attend to own bathroom needs independently. Pull-ups are not acceptable.
