Congratulations to our AR Winners this week: Jack in 2M for reading The Pout-Pout Fish, Christine in 3H for reading The Berenstain Bears and the Bully, and Blaze in 6G for reading N.E.R.D.S.: The Villain Virus. They each won an Amazon gift card.

Note From School Nurse: The St. Vincent’s Mobile Health Unit will be at our school soon for our annual Health Screening Day. This is for our Kindergarten, 1 ^st , 3 ^rd , and 6 ^th grade students and includes the following: Kindergarten (Hearing only), 1 ^st grade (Hearing and BMI – Body Mass Index), 3 ^rd grade (BMI only – Body Mass Index), and 6 ^th grade (Hearing, BMI, and scoliosis check). These are required screenings mandated by the state and are free for the students. If you signed the form at the beginning of the school year for your child NOT to participate in free health screenings then your child will NOT be screened. Referral letters will go home in the Friday Folders. If your child does NOT receive a referral letter, then you can assume that your child passed their health screening. Nature Club for students in grades 2 through 5 is beginning! The Nature Club is a great way for students to learn about our beautiful world and how to care for it. Students will participate in fun nature themed activities. Snacks will be provided. If interested, please sign up by returning the relevant flyer to the front office.
