The
Jesus is the Reason for the Season Christmas Program is coming soon to the school gymnasium. Kindergarten through 8
th grade will be singing songs and the program will be narrated by students. All families are invited to attend this special performance.
Families that turn in their
Mega Raffle tickets and ticket payment forms by this Friday will receive early notification of their children’s 2016 – 2017 homeroom teacher. The lucky winner of this year’s Mega Raffle will receive a grand prize of
$10,000; ticket holders also have the chance to win
(3) $1,000 cash prizes and
(3) $500 cash prizes. As an added incentive, the seller of the winning grand prize ticket will receive
$250.
The Northeast Florida Astronomical Society (
NEFAS) is hosting a
Stargazing Night soon at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 1773 Blanding Blvd. Holy Family Astronomical Society members are encouraged to attend. Please note this is not a HoFAS field trip. If attending, students must be accompanied by their family members during the event. December skies in Florida allow you to enjoy the Crab Nebula, Perseus Constellation, and a half moon, among other things. This is a public observing event, so feel free to invite friends and families.
